The original portion (rigth side) of this home was built around 1870. The addition was added in 2000.
After a search of homes available in Sligo County, an offer was made and accepted on December 15, 2025, with an expected eight (8) weeks until contract signing (customary) and with Christmas in the mix, it turned out to be ten (10) weeks. Contract signing occurred on March 23, 2026.

Hopefully, you are going to add an elevator or “lift” to minimize those steps.
