The temporary / permanent kitchen is semi functional. Electrical has been moved and upgraded. Some, not all of the appliance have been relocated. We cooked our first meal in the house on July 22, 2026. It consisted of pasta, meat sauce , baby green salad, and garlic bread. We kept it simple due to the learning curve of the new cooktop, which is an electric induction cooktop from the UK. And yes, they cook on the opposite side.
